Vous vous souvenez certainement du fameux jeux d'arcade Ghosts'n Goblins, et sa suite Ghouls"n Ghosts, dispo entre autre sur SNES. C'est une s�rie tr�s connu des hardcore gamers notamment � cause de sa difficult�e. Et bien, ce fangame, "Maldita Castilla", est un hommage a cette s�rie.
Meilleur qu'un remake, c'est le parfait dernier �pisode de cette s�rie.
Ce jeu est le travail d'une seule personne, tr�s talentueuse et inspir�e, nomm� Locomalito !
D�crit comme �tant un "jeu d'action traditionnel", bas� sur le Ghosts'n Goblins et ses suites de Capcom, tr�s c�l�bre et difficile jeux de platforme "Run & Gun", dans lequel vous controlez un chevalier du nom d'Arthur, a qui vous devez faire traverser 8 niveaux avant de d�livrer sa princesse.
Le gameplay est identique aux originaux, faisant du jeu un r�gal � jouer.
Pour conclure, Maldita Castilla est franchement une merveille de gameplay, et r�alis� avec le soin et l'attention, aussi bien que le respect original des jeux qui l'ont inspir�. C'est aussi un des meilleurs platformers oldschool dans le genre et sera sans doute un de vos jeux favoris de 2013, pour peu que vous aillez aimer les originaux.

Do you remember the famous Ghosts'n Goblins arcade game, and its sequel Ghouls"n Ghosts on the SNES, the series is a firm favourite among hardcore gamers; well, This fangame Maldita Castilla is an hommage to these 2 classics.
Better than a remake, it's the perfect last opus to this serie.
This Game is the work of only one very inspired and talented man, named Locomalito !
Described as a "traditional action game", based heavily on Capcom's Ghosts 'N Goblins and its sequel, very famous hard platform Run & Gun, featured a Knight named Arthur, that you must control over 8 large side scrolling stages.
The gameplay matches the high standards set by the visuals and sound, being an absolute joy to play.
In conclusion, Maldita Castilla is exceptionally good fun and made with care and attention, as well as the utmost respect for the games that inspired it. It is also one of the best old school platformers around, and will be certainly one of your favourite games of 2013, not just because it is addictive, challenging, and enjoyable to play, but because it brings back so many memories of playing games like these in dark, smoky arcades, the audio clutter of multiple machines ringing in the air and the sense of wonder of finding new games you had never seen before.
Enjoy this already classic of a cult serie :-)

Un tr�s beau jeu d�velopp� par neuf �tudiants de la Ultrecht School of the Arts dans le cadre de leurs �tudes. Le but du jeu est simple vous devez � l'aide de votre Blob peinturer la station de trains de la ville le plus rapidement possible. � l'origine d�velopp� pour une exposition le jeu se veut plus une d�monstration qu'une r�elle exp�rience ayant un d�but, un milieu et une fin. Donc � vous d'exp�rimenter! Un processeur de 2ghz et 512 de ram sont recommand�s pour un bon framerate.
Ce jeu gratuit a eu tellement de succ�s qu'il a �t� adapt� dans une version payante pour Wii.

De Blob is a 3D game in which the player controls a ball of paint rolling through the city. The ball can absorb coloured NPC's to become larger and change its colour. FlightGear est un simulateur de vol presque unique en son genre. Enti�rement gratuit et surtout libre / ouvert, ce simulateur de vol 3D est en perp�tuelle �volution. Les possesseurs d'Amiga ou d'Atari ST se souviennent forc�ment de Turrican, mythique jeu de plates-formes/shoot them up de Rainbow Arts.
Il s'agissait de contr�ler un robot � travers des niveaux peupl�s d'ennemis en tous genres, avec la possibilit� de tirer dans toutes les directions. Turrican �tait un de ces jeux imm�diatement prenants et sa r�alisation �tait (pour l'�poque) un mod�le du genre.

Hurrican est un nouveau remake qui entend passer au niveau sup�rieur, avec des graphismes enti�rement refaitson retrouve l'ambiance et la jouabilit� de l'original et c'est un vrai plaisir.
Cerise sur le g�teau : le jeu inclut un �diteur de niveaux et la possibilit� de les h�berger sur un serveur

Turrican was a cult classic on the C64 and Amiga back in the day and now the program returns on the PC in this faithful recreation. The object is to navigate a space soldier through nine challenging levels, blowing away all manner of aggressive robots, attacking plants and avoiding dangerous traps along the way.

The game plays very well, allowing you to shoot updwards as well as horizontally. Anyone who's a fan of the original like me will be pleased with this recreation as the graphics and sound are very true to the Commadore classic, although there aren't that many new additions to enjoy. If you never experienced Turrican in your youth though, then you're in for a treat.
